Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when using our store.
Store information
This website is operated by panacey, at 128 E Main St, Waterville, NY 13480, United States. All product prices and checkout amounts are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Products and prices
Read the product description, dimensions, materials, color, and power requirements before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Prices applicable to your selection are shown on the product page and in checkout.
Payment authorization
When submitting a payment, you authorize the amount shown in checkout to be charged through the payment service used for that transaction. A payment is completed only when it is successfully processed. An attempted submission does not by itself establish a completed payment.
Orders
Order acceptance is communicated through an order confirmation when an order is accepted. Please provide accurate contact, shipping, and billing information. If you have questions about an order or would like to request a change or cancellation, contact us with your order details so we can review your request.
Shipping
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Standard shipping is free. Processing and transit estimates, cutoff rules, and delivery information are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy sets out the 30-day return period, eligibility for change-of-mind returns, the handling of damage, defects or incorrect items, return shipping responsibility, and refund timing.
Product use
Lamps are for indoor use in dry locations. Follow the power and care instructions on each product page. Disconnect power before cleaning, keep electrical parts away from liquids, and do not use damaged cords or electrical components.
