Where we ship
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
Order processing
Handling time is 1–2 business days. Our order cutoff is 7:00 PM CST (UTC−06:00), year-round. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day begin processing that day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Transit and estimated delivery
After dispatch, standard transit time is 3–4 business days. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, combining handling and transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, and holiday schedules may affect delivery.
Shipping charges and tax
Standard shipping is $0.00 for all orders within our shipping area. No expedited shipping option is offered. Checkout displays tax as $0.00; this is not a claim that products are legally tax-exempt.

Delivery concerns
For a delayed, missing, or damaged shipment, contact support@panacey.shop. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, keep the item and any packaging available and contact us so we can arrange a resolution under our Return & Refund Policy.
